• Contact form: your name, phone number, email (optional) and your message. Please do not include details about your health in the form; we will discuss them at the practice.
• Visit statistics, only if you accept them: pages visited, device type, approximate region, and whether you tapped the phone number, email or directions, or sent the form.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records your IP address and request details to keep the site secure and working.

• To reply to you and arrange an appointment, because you asked us to (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• For visit statistics, with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• For the security of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Only the providers the site needs to work process it:

• Google (Gmail), which delivers form messages to the practice’s email.
• Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept statistics.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.

Google and Vercel may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We keep form messages for as long as we need to reply and arrange your appointment. If you become a patient, your medical record is kept as Greek medical law requires.

Visit statistics are kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

Without your consent no measurement tools are loaded. We only use:

• NEXT_LOCALE: a functional cookie that remembers the site language and is deleted when you close your browser.
• Your cookie choice, stored in your browser (local storage).
• Only if you accept statistics: _ga and _ga_*, Google Analytics cookies kept for up to 2 years.

Fonts are served from our own server. Google reviews are fetched by our server, so your visit is not disclosed to Google. The map and review links open Google only if you click them.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent to statistics through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Write to us at jimsaridis@yahoo.gr and we will reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
